Terms & Conditions
Raffle drawings will be ongoing throughout the vendor exhibit. Each exhibitor is required to bring a raffle prize of their choice in type and value. Prizes provided by MWOA exhibitors will be distributed by each awarding exhibitor after the winner’s name is selected by random drawing and read aloud. Each prize winner’s name will be posted on the corresponding vendor’s exhibit booth. Winners must be registered conference attendees and be present at the vendor exhibit to claim their prize. A final drawing will be held for the Grand Prize sponsored by all of the exhibitors (your ten dollar contribution toward the Grand Prize is included in your registration fee). It shall be understood that: 1. The exhibitor agrees to provide a safe and informative exhibit. 2. Exhibit space is limited. Exhibit space will be awarded on a first come-first served basis, determined by the date that the exhibit fee is received. Limit - 2 indoor booths / exhibitor. 3. MWOA will not provide exhibit booth signs or electrical extension cords. 4. Each exhibitor agrees to bring a raffle prize of their choice in type and value. 5. It is the duty and responsibility of each exhibitor to install the exhibit between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on the day of the exhibit event and to monitor the exhibit during the 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. exhibit event, no exhibit removal is allowed before 4:30 p.m.
